We all wish for ourselves to have a little bit more in life.

If only I was more skinny, a little more fit and cut. If only I was stronger and didn’t give up on myself. If only I had a career and knew what the correct combination between being a devoted mom/ wife and self fulfillment was.

Hi, my name is Osnat Michelle Shabtay and I’m a certified personal trainer, nutritionist and master coach of NLP and Hypnosis. I’m married to an amazing guy named Shachar and we live in Los Angeles. We have three great kids: Liad, Yael and Yehonatan. I’m the owner of an exclusive studio, called “Luv2Train” where my staff and I train our clients and teach them how to live a healthy life style.

This book was written out of a personal place for me. It came as a result of arguments with myself about food, physical activity, some devoted “me time,” fulfilling my role as a wife and mother and fulfilling my own goals. The book discusses how to live a healthy lifestyle while also fulfilling your dreams. It also answers questions such “what should I eat if I want to lose weight? Is cardio or weight training better? What do you eat on vacation? How do you connect to meditation and silence your mind? How do you divide your time between family and self-fulfillment?” In conclusion, “how to be the best version of yourself?” Of course, with the goal to continuously improve over time.

In a brave and unusual effort I decided to open my heart and share mine and my family’s personal story. I’m a strong believer in the saying that “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” and know that I must have had to experience what I did in my life to be who I am today.
