NLP and Hypnosis Sessions
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis (also known as trance) is a deep, relaxed, and natural state that we enter in and out of throughout our daily lives. Here are some examples of regular daily hypnosis: right before we wake up, right before we fall asleep, and/or driving to a destination and not remembering how we got there. Hypnosis happens anytime we shut out the outside world and get inside ourselves. Although you are getting intune with your inner thoughts during hypnosis, you are still very aware of your surroundings – you are still able to drive the car for example.
During a hypnosis session, I will ask you how you wish to feel and how you want to show up as the best version of yourself. After that, I will guide you into a deep, relaxed state that puts your conscious mind to “sleep”. I will then communicate to your subconscious mind, giving it positive suggestions and scenarios that align with the positive habits and beliefs of the best version of yourself.
Hypnosis sessions typically reinforce the work accomplished through NLP sessions. First with NLP, I help you remove the limiting beliefs and set new goals, then with hypnosis I will reinforce those new positive habits.
