Nice to meet you, my name is Osnat Michel Shabtay. I have been practicing fitness for more than 10 years, specializing in strength training, intervals and especially body shaping. I’m an active contender for the Miss Bikini competitions and in May of 2017 I was crowned Miss Bikini California.

As a sports model and bikini contender, I learned a lot about building muscle in the natural and healthy way, shaping the body, and lowering body fat percentage.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or to sculpt the body, I recommend combining strength training with aerobic activity (rope jumping, running, fast walking, swimming, etc.).

Of course we will have to look at what you eat because as you already know the shape of your body is 90% of your food and only 10% training. If you ask yourself, why should I practice if the training is only 10%? The answer is quite clear – studies show that 90% of people who lose weight gain it all back within two years. The 10% who keep the change are those who train. In addition, fitness training will speed up the change process and help you feel energized and ready for action.

So, how does it work?

  • Before we start working together, we will find out what your goals and objectives are.
  • We will weigh you, measure your body fat/water/and muscle percentages, and take pictures.
  • I will ask you to do some strength tests (so that we have a starting point and can set weekly and monthly fitness goals)
  • You’ll have to write a three-day eating diary and share it with me. (If you wish, you can continue to do this for the entire duration of our journey and report to me every day what you ate to receive feedback).
  • Together we will build a rational but challenging training program. There is no need for previous experienc

The training program can be performed alone or physically in my studio.

If the physical distance or your schedule does not allow you to come in, there is a possibility to do virtual training or training on your own time but then you will have to send me videos and pictures of you doing the exercises so I can make sure you are doing them safely and correctly.

You do not have to register for a gym (at least not initially). You can adjust the training to your home space or any other space you practice.

  • Those who have already tried everything to lose weight and are really close to giving up.
  • People who had tried various “shortcuts” in the past (diet pills, starvation diets, injections, drops and various kinds of surgery), were successful, but gained the weight back.
  • People who want to undergo gastric ablation or liposuction surgery but must learn to live a healthy lifestyle.
  • Women who want to tone, build round shoulders, a defined butt, and toned legs.
  • Men who are looking to muscle up and build a “triangular body” with developed arms
  • People who suffer from injuries in different areas of the body: knees, back, elbows, etc., and need special training to strengthen the muscles and return the body to fitness.
  • And anyone who wants to catch my obsession with clean diet, fitness, and body and mind health.
